Analog Modem with capidrv and an Eicon DIVA Server Card

"capidrv" is used in Linux 2.6 to get access to ttys for ISDN-Cards using the CAPI interface.
In the version included in the kernel analog modem does not work with Eicon-Cards, so this patch fixes this problem.
